Position: Analyst / NTSP Developer(CH-08-05)
Location: Charleston, SC

Duties of Position:

Candidate will provide training support to the U.S. Navy Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) program. 

• Will be engaged in the development of Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP).
• Participate in preparing and/or conducting Training Planning Methodology (TRPPM).
• Job Task Analysis (JTA) on MDA equipment/systems

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Required Skills / Experience
• Qualified Instructor credentials in a Formal Training environment and/or holder of Master Training Specialist certification.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

• Desired Skills / Experience
• Prior military experience
• Must be a self/starter, able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; have the ability to communicate effectively. 

Remarks:

Travel to various locations may be required.
