Logistics Analyst

Location: Charleston, SC

Duties of Position:

Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for various Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Typical duties of the position will include:
• Employ Technical Data Management Information System (TDMIS) to process commercial and government technical manual requests
• Validate technical manual-related data in TDMIS to ensure hull and equipment integrity
• Provide technical documentation support to meet ILS supportability requirements in response to Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Navy Change Requests (NCRs), and ILS Certifications
• Manage ship installation schedules to meet documentation development timelines, develop ILS Certifications, and prepare/deliver required data packages for installation teams
• Develop/maintain Configurations Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) work files
• Assist with research for the development/revision of technical documentation
• Generate/maintain equipment nomenclature and Allowance Parts Lists (APL) data during the life cycle of equipment

Required Education, Training, and Qualifications:

• An Associate’s Degree or higher / college degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years directly related experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies

Desired Qualifications and Certifications/experience in the following areas:

• NAVSEA NDE Automated ILS Certification
• ICAPs
• PSD / PARTS
• CDMD-OA
• TDMIS
• Nomenclature / JETDAS
• CMPro
Requires strong oral and written communication. Candidate must be experienced and comfortable working with MS Office Products. Some travel may be required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
