Quality Assurance Representative (TW-01-08)

Participate in network/telecommunications integrations teams as a Quality Assurance Representative to ensure that input
requirements (internal, external, and customer) are clearly defined, risk assessment is performed, output meets input
requirements, and objective evidence clearly supports conclusions. Additionally, ensure that quality related issues are
adequately addressed (i.e., suppliers identified and qualified, inspection activities developed, appropriate sampling plans
identified, validations performed, etc.). Perform quality related design control activities as assigned. Analyze, write and execute
test procedures, test cases, test plans and user acceptance cases.
Develop receiving inspection procedures, acceptance criteria, and sampling plans in accordance with industry standards as
required.
Create test plans Inspection plans.
Develop procedures for installations/integrations and all related activities.
Maintain documentation of test results.
Define overall test strategy including reproduction of defects and collection of data to Help technicians/engineers solve issues.
Review requirements and design documents to create test plans.
Maintain Quality Assurance reference library.
Review deliverables
Implement ISO 9002 and CMMI quality requirements
Write and/or revise procedures to maintain compliance with ISO 9002 and CMMI
Audit quality systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9002 and CMMI
Provide on-site support during compliance audits.
Maintain relationship with third party ISO registrar.
Must have strong familiarity with SPAWAR quality requirements and processes.
Must be capable of initiating ISO 9002 programs.
Must be capable of initiating CMMI processes.
Must have working knowledge of industrial installation standards.
Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
Must be able to travel as needed.

Possess general business and technical knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
