South Carolina Operations Expands Into New Space

Centurum’s South Carolina Operations - IW/C2 Department has consolidated its management team and the antenna refurbishment project in new spaces. By bringing our Project Managers into close juxtaposition with the Department Head we are improving local processes on a daily basis and fostering a better understanding of CMMI. This expansion has also allowed Centurum to move antenna overhaul work out of the test lab and establish better controls over the entire set of processes. We are now putting metrics in place to capitalize on the efficiencies that we believe will be created by this arrangement.
