Duties of Position

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD – WORK EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN JANUARY 2021 Duties will be in support of NIWC, Atlantic.

Required Skills & Experience

- Twenty (20) years of Strategic Business Management experience in software or information technology, to include: Development of Corporate Strategic Plans, Development of Organizational Performance Management Plans, Development of Organization Governance Structures, Guiding significant organizational change management efforts. - Experience must include programmatic support using toots such as IBM RTC, JIRA, and SharePoint and producing briefing material for executive leadership from multiple technical and financial data sources - Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 Program Management Certification.

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
