Duties of Position

Fifteen (15) years of professional and technical experience that reflects the following: Specialized experience with Electrical Engineering and Information Systems, experience with Navy and/or Marine Corps systems is preferred. Demonstrated Program Management experience involving multiple programs, dozens of contract actions annually, large technical staffs, subcontractor management, significant Quality Assurance experience including ISO 9000 programs; and life cycle planning and costing experience. Demonstrated success developing new business. - Must have the ability to schedule, budget, and oversee the quality of all tasking elements; ability to research and collect data, analyze problems and recommend solutions. - Must possess broad management experience with DOD, SPAWAR, NIWC, Seaport-e, and GSA contracts to include planning and assignment of tasking, management of task execution - forecasted vs actuals, tracking budgets, invoices and actual cost expenditure data, supervising personnel and interfacing/coordinating with Government contracting management personnel, assigned technical COR and/or Task Order Managers. - Must possess extensive experience managing a large diverse workforce; providing multiple Program, Financial and Administrative functional areas of support in a variety of technically challenging projects; and developing project staffing plans and work breakdown structures. - Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing. Must be proficient writing reports and instructions and developing proposal content. Must be comfortable briefing technical and administrative data and project status to personnel at all levels, including senior leadership. - Performs special projects as required. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing direct technical support to multiple projects/contracts, while overseeing the financial and technical status, and while supervising the assigned employees and subcontractors. Responsible to interact directly with all levels of Government sponsors. Will report directly to the General Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

10 yrs current C4ISR or other relevant experience in the management of large production projects and groups of senior personnel. The programs managed should include financial tracking, task tracking and the coordination of engineering, technical support, ILS support, quality control and technical field support. The personnel managed should include senior level managers, senior engineers, senior technicians and senior support personnel.

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Preferred Skills

Experience in assembling and preparing documentation and reports to support and reflect progress on requirements, goals, objectives, action items, upcoming events, issues and concerns. Quality Management System (QMS) experience that is compatible with ISO 9001:2015.


Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
