Must have 3+ years of recent Navy C4I(S) or other relevant experience preparing, reviewing, and updating Navy technical manuals; capable of researching and compiling Radio Frequency Communication Systems data from documentation reviews, drawings, schematics, and reports, interviews with technical staff members, and the study of published material for use in various logistics documents, technical manuals, test plans and reports, training materials, installation guides, and other technical documentation; 3+ years of experience using NDE, SAILOR, SPIDER, TDMIS, SME 3 DAS for nomenclature requests, TMDER, TFBR, XML, and SGML; capable of coordinating publication of technical documentation with organizations like the Naval Systems Data Support Activity (NSDSA); perform all duties with minimum supervision.
Prior knowledge working on the Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Super High Frequency (SHF), Global Broadcast System (GBS), KA Band, Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Processor (TIP), or Navy Multi-band Terminal (NMT) systems is required. This position will be required to have and maintain a SECRET clearance.
This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.
Desire Prior working knowledge with either MILSATCOM to include Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Super High Frequency (SHF), Global Broadcast System (GBS), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Processor (TIP), Advance TIP (ATIP), Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT) and/or COMSATCOM to include Commercial Wideband Satellite Program (CWSP), Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP), Navy Senior Leadership Communications–Aircraft (NSLC-A), Television-Direct to Sailor (TV-DTS)/INMARSAT and Environmental Satellite Receiver Processors (ESRP) and/or Assured Command and Control (AC2) to include all customers.
