Duties of Position

- Prepares scheduled status reports and ad-hoc technical reports for on-time delivery to Government customers. - Prepares, analyzes and submits Monthly Status Reports (MSR) to Government customers. - Prepares, tracks and logs all deliverables to ensure all CDRL requirements are executed and delivered to customer. - Researches and documents task closeout efforts. - Develops technical write-ups to summarize corporate capabilities and past performance. - Performs data collection, data entry, and data reporting activities. Creates and maintains various spreadsheets to be used in the analysis of the cost effectiveness (What-Ifs) for various projects. - Participates in the preparation of cost proposals. - Develops and tracks metrics for all ongoing projects. - Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, and forms control; implementing changes. - Performs special projects as required.

Required Skills & Experience

(D) 3 years current or other relative experience supporting DoD C4ISR projects. Develops reports and processes with an ability to understand the metrics derived. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a group environment and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. The Project Analyst should also have experience in resolving process procedures and conflicts to optimize outcomes. Extensive working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including internet research skills. Able to work professionally with all personalities, in all environments, regardless of position.

This position requires a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Preferred Skills

Quality Management System (QMS) experience that is compatible with ISO 9001:2015.
