Personnel will be tasked with supporting the following systems: • AN/WSC-9A(V)3 • AN/BSC-3(V)3 • AN/USC-38(V)2 • AN/USC-69(V)2 (FLV) • NSLC-A equipment • NSLC-A antennas • AN/WSC-6C(V)9
Technical Training in a relevant Technical/Engineering Field, or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, and/or Class A or B military school in electronics and/or communications and/or OEM NSLC-A system specific training. Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience on Aircraft / Shore Networking and RF Communications experience to include at least five (5) years of hands-on experience with systems listed above. Minimum of four (4) years of experience with NSLC-A. The individual shall demonstrate extensive experience with each of the following: • system operation and function of NSLC-A • system troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures • current variants and their installations • use of test equipment for troubleshooting • technical documentation and troubleshooting aids • end-to-end architecture • mentoring and/or training junior engineers/technicians. Experience must include successful completion of two (2) SOVTs on any NSLC-A variant, two (2) Return to Service acceptance tests, two (2) SOVTs on any NSLC-A variant, and three (3) onsite Tech assists
