Core Capabilities

Centurum is the Prime Contractor for the NIWC Systems Center, Pacific C4I Systems Restoration Depot contract. We provide worldwide technical support to the Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP), other Federal Government agencies, and more than 125 Navy Fleet and ashore customers. We man and operate a 40,000 square foot, ISO 9001-2008 Certified Depot facility, which is the Navy Designated Overhaul Point (DOP) for more than 4,000 individual National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and more than 20,000 Performance-based Logistics-Organic (PBL-O) items. Ancillary activities include providing manufacturing and corrosion-prevention services. We also operate a paint shop; an anechoic chamber for antenna testing; a 10,000 square foot warehouse; and a Joint Navy Audit Certification Team (JNACT)-certified Calibration Laboratory for General and Special Purpose Electronic Test Equipment (GPETE/SPETE) and Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).

Our Restoration Depot Support Services experience includes:

• Maintaining and operating the Navy’s C4ISR Systems and Equipment Restoration Depot Facility.
• Maintaining and operating the Navy’s JNACT Calibration Laboratory for the calibration and repair of TMDE.
• Employing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical performance standards to assess, repair, calibrate, and test electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical shipboard and airborne C4ISR antennas, systems, and equipment and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Performing In-process (IP) checks, Quality Control (QC), and final performance verification tests.
• Designing, reverse engineering, fabricating, and manufacturing contractor-developed solutions to mitigate repair part shortages and/or obsolescence.
• Performing receiving, warehousing, shipping, and tracking activities, to include the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Item Unique ID (IUID), and barcoding technology.
• Preparing, painting, and silk screening refurbished equipment items.
• Updating and implementing a stringent HAZMAT compliance program.
